WHERE’S HER DOCKET?
I am going to switch up today, because whenever I see LNP reporter Dan Nephin’s name (which is in Cassidy’s editorial below multiple times), I think of the two criminal cases that LNP plays huge that he covers – the murder of 18-year-old Linda Stoltzfoos and 14-year-old Claire Miller who is charged with stabbing her 19-year-old disabled sister Helen to death.
Miller waved her preliminary hearing and was scheduled to have her formal arraignment in the Court of Common Pleas on May 14th. Normally, there is then a criminal Court of Common Pleas docket established. That has not happened in Miller’s case.
I have several questions:
— Is this legal? If the court has ruled that she be tried as a juvenile as her attorney Robert Beyer requested, shouldn’t the District Judge docket come down?
— If the court has not ruled on this, shouldn’t a Common Pleas Docket have been established?
— What is the status of Beyer’s request?
I will put this on my list of things to do.
LNP’S SUZANNE CASSIDY:
A LIAR AND A HYPOCRITE
* I will come back to today’s LNP editorial shown below shortly (click here). This is one of the most ridiculous, ludicrous and lying editorials from opinion editor Suzanne Cassidy in a long time. Remember, just several years ago she thought it was okay not to tell the public that the ex-wife of the Lancaster Police Chief wrote a book stating he beat her.
I WANT ATTENTION!
At the top, a comment into this site from whom I believe to be James Reeder of the district attorney’s office (click here for the LNP article about him also shown above). The last time he sent a series of comments into this site using an email address that identifies him, I let it pass. But he obviously wants some attention so here it is!
Oh, and I think a year is plenty of time and there will be much more on the missing $150,000 from the DA’s Drug Task Force coming later today.
