APRIL 3 UPDATE

18 WARRANTS IN DAUPHIN COUNTY

The below email in last evening. It is reprinted below for clarity. The mobile phone number has been redacted. I spoke with the office of Dauphin County District Judge David O’Leary yesterday. The man who answered the phone stated that Wachinski has 18 warrants for his arrest.  He said correspondence was being sent to 333 Ludwell Drive in Lancaster, PA. According to county records, that address is owned by Wachinski.
Please check back later today.

I have been made aware of your recent post about me.  Firstly, you are not authorized to use my images whatsoever.  I am not a public official subject to certain relaxed rules related to the use of my photos and accordingly, you are in violation of the law.

Secondly, your post insinuates a purposeful avoidance of responsibility and does not take into account any other factors what so ever, including the possibility of improper service of the required court notices.  Because your publication does not take into account any of these other factors, you are not reporting a fully truthful story and may be subject to other potential legal action.

I demand that you immediately cease the use of my photograph.  In an effort to avoid other action, please remove the post of this story.  I truly believe this to be a misunderstanding and that your “sources” have an agenda of their own.  Please feel free to contact me upon receipt of this email.  Thank you.

*    Nicholas Wachinski can’t pay his parking tickets but he certainly can donate to Republican candidates (see below and click here for all his donations on transparencyusa.org). Will the politicians return his money? This is absolutely outrageous. Does this lawyer think he is above the law?

Nicholas J. Wachinski (Facebook)

LIP News has learned that Lancaster Attorney and Republican Committee Member, Nicholas J. Wachinski, has over 20 warrants for his arrest in four counties. They are the result of parking tickets which Wachinski has ignored.
He has a warrant in Chester County. That was verified today by the woman who answered the phone in now Senior District Judge William Kraut’s office. She said their office sent him a first class summons and a certified letter and they have received no response. They have a warrant for his arrest.
There are also 18 warrants for him in Dauphin County, two in York County and one in Lancaster County.
Please check back for this developing story.

DOES ANYONE
KNOW THE ANSWER?

Today’s serious question before this site goes on Easter vacation:
Why is LNP not covering Lancaster City Police Officer Brittany Porreca and her being permanently and totally disabled while on the job? Does anyone know the answer? We know that LNP “protects” Mayor Sorace because she led the vote to give them millions of public dollars for their for-profit, off the tax-rolls Marriott Hotel expansion. But why are they treating this as if it did not happen?
Three days after the city council meeting where they held an executive session to discuss her disability pension application and added it to the agenda and voted to approve it, LNP finally ran a story about the meeting by Herb Landau, the former executive director of the Lancaster Public Library (click here and he is pictured at left). So, is Mr. Landau deaf or did LNP tell him not to report it or what? Why is all of this missing from his coverage?
Does anyone know or have any ideas?

A FLY IN THE OINTMENT!

From today’s LNP editorial, “Continue funding for local programs that combat spotted lanternfly threat,” (click here).

Heavens! Calm down, LNP opinion editor, Suzanne Cassidy. We know it’s hard to be the perfect person day after day and having to lie about being a “community newspaper” and a “watchdog.” The stress is clearly getting to you. Take a chill pill!

    Arrogant SOB

He is one of the most arrogant and obnoxious individuals I have ever met. He was NOT on my side. All he cared about was billable hours. He strutted in the courtroom like a peacock, which actually angered the judge. Because of his non-compromising attitude and his arrogance, the judge ruled against me. I would never recommend him for anything.

    Not Recommended! Unreliable and unresponsive.

Nick Wachinski made an appointment to come to speak with my parent when we called him, but the guy never showed up, nor did he call to explain. He did not respond to later phone calls (we were intending to allow him to provide an explanation and, believing everyone is human and fallible, would have simply accepted his explanation and made another appointment with him). As we later found out, he left the law practice where we initially did business with him (he was paid immediately and there were no problems that time), and he was working with another practice. There is really no excuse for unprofessional, cavalier behavior in an attorney, especially when dealing with an elderly, terminally person.

    Can not recommend

If this is the same person that practiced in Media PA I urge you to stay far far away! Our experience was abhorrent! Many promises were made and none were kept. Meetings and court dates were cancelled due to his “schedule conflicts” with no regard whatsoever for his client. We wasted so much vacation time and lost work time, all for naught! We were later assigned another lawyer from the firm who was no better; suggesting we settle for a minuscule fraction of what we were after. My wife finally “fired” him and represented herself, winning her case and receiving nearly the full amount of what she was seeking!

Why did he get suspended? Must have a history of being above the law….

Let’s see, it’s Lancaster County, he is a privileged white male republican who throws money around to other privileged white males.

If he was black he would have arrested already.

  5. Anonymous says:

Can someone just arrest this clown already, obviously not enough of a man to do this on his own.

What a black eye to Republicans. Manheim Township… you can do better.

In his response it sounds like he is blaming the courts for not serving him instead of owning up to that fact that he deliberately parks where he wants and doesn’t pay the fines for doing so.

Seems like they should’ve expounded winch’s car by the fourth ticket. Above the law white boy.

  8. Anonymous says:

Police know exactly what happened. They just want to see what everyone else knows. It is SO much easier to cover up wrongdoing with encrypted police radio communications. See how that works? By the way, look for an “excited delirium” (and gaslighting) defense in the George Floyd case. Good to know Manor Township police have already been trained in that. “Excited delirium” is, actually, a good description for the state of mind of a rogue cop when he is in cover up mode. No one in LE with an ounce of ethics believes in it…or in radio encryption. Corrupt police chiefs and other public officials fear transparency and truth more than anything else.
