If the city invest in infrastructure it will come back in 10 fold by giving low income opportunity to access Internet And maintain utility ops.

It’s a lot easier to weigh fasnachts than to find out why Patrick Hopkins, or probably any one in the city, knows how much it is costing tax payers for city stuff hanging on PPL poles.
