** I think it is important that the public see the names and pictures of the District Judges in Lancaster County because it is an elected position. At left is Edward A. Tobin who according to Saner’s docket (see the post immediately below) presided at his preliminary arraignment and set his bail as unsecured, meaning Saner did not have to put up a penny to get out of jail. Oh, and look here! An LNP article by Tom Murse, who is now the executive editor of LNP titled, “Law forces candidate for judge to quit job,” about Tobin (click here). How in the world do these lawbreakers get elected to be a District Judge? What an absolute disgrace!

* This is a blatant example of white privilege (see Ryan Lee Saner’s docket below). Click here to read all the drugs, cash and guns they found. Five felonies and he is free on $500,000 unsecured bail apparently set by District Judge Edward A. Tobin filling in for Stuart J. Mylin. $500,000 sounds like a lot but he did not have to put up one penny to get out of jail on unsecured bail. If this man was black he would be in jail on $500,000 cash bail!

It is legal to own guns in PA. Also, if he doesn’t show up to court, we get half a million. Also, just because Tobin “broke a law” doesn’t make him a criminal who cant run for office. People break laws all the time and don’t know it. CIVIL laws…which is what happened in his case.
Yeah, you try getting that half-a-million from the guy if he skips town! Lol!
Oh, and ignorance of the law is no excuse – especially for someone who wants to be a district judge!

“Numerous firearms were also found at the home.”
The press release does not say if they were all legal or not – but they brought them up!
