*** Pease note that in the graphs below, the applicants shown have passed the physical test. These graphs indicate the numbers after the physical test according to Captain Umstead.

Applicants for Police Officer positions are few and far between everywhere. I wonder why!
That is not necessarily true as proven by this graphic supplied by the police during the budget hearings on Saturday, December 5th (click here and it begins at approximately 2:53:23 into the video).
I apologize for the poor quality. From the top left it is 2016 Hiring Process; to the right 2017 Hiring Process and on the bottom row it is 2018 on the left and 2019 on the right. The four categories in the 2016 graph beginning at the left are “Passed Written Test,” “Didn’t apply/Withdrew,” “Disqualified” and “Hired.” In the remaining three graphs for 2017, 2018 and 2019 there are five categories and they break out the “Didn’t apply – in black” and “Withdrew – in yellow.”
So, what is going wrong?
SEVEN NEW OFFICERS

WHO STOLE THE MONEY?

Heather Adams
Who stole $150,000 from the District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force safe? Does anyone care? Will District Attorney Heather Adams give the public an update? Did she really turn this over to the Attorney General’s office? Where does their investigation stand?
Geez. These guys are supposed to be experts at solving crimes. So who stole the money?
Please check back later today.
Maybe he better to have outsiders: like UN troops or national guard to help for police.
I hear ya about no connection to Lancaster or Lancaster County in the seven new officers but I do think their creds are somewhat impressive.
Mayor Dickina said she hoped people would notice her choice for interim police chief is black!
Ask the head of the DETF that got fired who stole the money. I can’t believe he hasnt filed a lawsuit yet after the way they gaslighted and smeared him after he told the truth to county commissioners. (Can’t remember his name). But Stedman is a judge???
John Burkhart:
WHY WAS BURKHART FIRED?
Impressive graphic. Then there was 2020.
