* UPDATE FROM WGAL – A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper initially told WGAL reporter Katelyn Smith that the incident was a police officer-involved shooting and that an officer shot and killed the suspect.
Later Wednesday morning, the Lancaster County coroner told WGAL that he does NOT believe that the incident is necessarily a police-involved shooting. The coroner said the suspect did die of a gunshot wound, but would not elaborate.
