     This recipe is just so 1970,” a commenter sent into my article about zucchini boats (click here). Now we have delicata boats (click here). But can they float? Give up on the squash boats already, LNP food writer Kim O’Donnel!

    If only I could once again taste some Lancaster County Scrapple, made with all the ingredients the government won’t let them put into hot dogs…

    Actually, I usually enjoyed the food pages and recipes…….not so much lately though! Just another one of the changes, I guess.

    Well, squash is a distraction, I guess.
    Just be careful you don’t get Covid while eating it!
    Here in sunny Manitoba, there is no inside dining of any kind. Take out or delivery only. Stay safe until the virus gets squashed. Okay?
