REALLY?

Posted recently by Ron Harper, Jr. on his Facebook page.

**   What was named after your relatives – the road or the Post Office? The Post Office doesn’t seem to have a separate “name.” What relative is what named after and what is your relative’s name? I call absolute B.S. on this and  and your entire mask story.

        Off topic but important:
A claim that a healthy 19-year-old grocery store worker was hospitalized for pleurisy, an inflammation of the tissue surrounding the lungs, due to her breathing in carbon dioxide and “her own bacteria” as a result of wearing a face mask, went viral on Facebook at the end of May 2020. Within just a few days after some of the earliest posts, dated 28 May 2020, more than 400 posts containing this claim have appeared on Facebook, with more than 31,000 interactions.
From “Facebook posts spread unsupported anonymous claim that face mask use caused a lung infection in a healthy teenager,” (click here).
This story is on Ron Haper’s Facebook page. Since he likes “FACTS,” he should delete it immediately instead of posting that she should be getting workman’s compensation! He should be ashamed of spreading absolutely false information.

WHERE IS LNP?

From today’s LNP article, “Lancaster County Public Defenders show support for Black Lives Matter movement,” (click here).
*
So, why hasn’t LNP reported on this? As reported here, all you have to do is walk into the Lancaster County Courthouse to see the blatant discrimination going on. It has to stop.
Please check back later today.

Ok. You could do it all day but posted a case from 2014(!) tried by Beyer’s partner. Interesting that his mugshot is all over the internet, including your site, because the d.a.’s office violated CHRIA. I guess Goldberg & Beyer didn’t care about their client’s welfare once he was acquitted and they got their money. BTW, cannot read article or any other LNP link you post. You HAVE to know that.

Is Harper so thick he hasn’t learned the point of wearing a mask is to protect OTHERS, not yourself? Screw them right Harper?

If this pleurisy story was true, hospital operating rooms would be littered with dead surgeons, dead nurses, dead OR techs, dead cleaning crews, dead anesthesiologists. Do I need to continue? The story has been debunked.

The d.a.’s office under Stedman has never lost a case at trial, except to an out of county lawyer or a pro se litigant. Pro se’s were then banned from the court or from plea negotiations. They haven’t been able (yet) to ban out-of-county lawyers. lol

    • Courthouse Player says:

You are absolutely wrong again. Stedman’s henchmen lost lots of trials to local attorneys l.

      • Anonymous says:

Jury trials? Name one. And the lawyer.

        • Bob Beyer says:

Countless jury trials lost to both private, local counsel and Assistant Public Defenders. You really are off-base with your comments. Also, the court can’t ban pro-se litigants, however, the PA ethical rules make it difficult, if not impossible for prosecutors to engage in plea negotiations with pro se defendants. If you are interested in the truth, you should venture to the courthouse and see for yourself. You would probably be surprised. Is there a reason you post anonymously??

          • Anonymous says:

I did venture to the courthouse. Pro se litigants are not allowed in the courtroom until their “number is called”. I told the bailiff that was unconstitutional and walked in anyway. I was promptly ordered to leave by the judge, even tho it was a cattle call. Not wanting to be led out in handcuffs for NOTHING, I left. Anything else, Craig?

          • Anonymous says:

            Again, you cannot name ONE

          • Anonymous says:

Have to assume you are a lawyer because that bullsh*t about ethics preventing plea negotiations with pro se’s is bullsh*t. The rules of prof. conduct say the exact opposite. And your excuse is the same one corrupt Craig Stedman uses to not turn over exculpatory evidence or correspond in any way with pro se litigants. God, how I hate liars.

I post anonymously because I dont trust copsuckers like you.

          • Becky says:

Keep it clean and stop the name calling, Anonymous!

          • Becky says:

Not guilty. Lancaster lawyer. I could do this all day but don’t have the time.

NOT GUILTY: Lancaster man acquitted of leaving scene of fatal Route 283 crash

Unsupported and anonymous do not mean false. Not in the medical world, anyway…

    • Becky says:

Do you want me to find you a site that flat out says it’s a fake? It’s fake. Only one healthy 19-year-old got pleurisy? There should be thousands and thousands of cases and the media should be covering it!

      • Anonymous says:

And you should be covering the race riots. Instead you’re in a pissing match with Ron Harper? BORING.

    Mr. Macho Man.

What kind of person undergoes open heart surgery and doesn’t protect himself?

    • anon says:

The mask isn’t meant to protect the wearer, it’s meant to protect others. Unless you have an N95 mask and face shield, you won’t be protected from the aerosolized particles from others. You wear the mask to protect others from yourself! The heavy droplets immediately leaving your mouth are coarse enough for the mask to possibly catch. Once aerosolized, they become too fine.

The public defenders showing their support is amazing!!! I had to go to lnp to read about it. Thanks for sharing this.
