I know you are dying to know what happens with modest Ronald Harper and Chief Berkihiser’s conversation about me (gasp!) stalking poor Harper (see yesterday’s post). So that will come tomorrow if Harper is not too busy consulting with lawyers on the Sunshine Act and other laws!  There will also be serious news!

Would this alternative to prison for such a violent crime be afforded to teens of color, or those not from a suburban, upper middle class high school. It would be interesting to see some stats on this. This is the type of criminal justice action that leads to segments of the community feeling alienated, disaffected and discriminated. We’ve seen the consequences of this type of systemic stratification by race, ethnicity and class recently in Ferguson, New York and Cleveland. This needs to be shared.
Posted on Lancaster Online under the article, “Cop’s son and friend face 9-month stint in ‘motivational boot camp’ for raid of West Hempfield home,” (click here).
*    I have run this excellent comment several times on this site. You were warned, Lancaster! LNP never questioned this sentence at all.
The day before the sentencing, a friend who had a close contact at LNP, told me these two teenagers would not spend one minute in jail. I was desperate. I called a lawyer who reads this site. I was in a panic. How could they possibly get away with it?
He was calm. He said this was an extremely violent crime and there was no way these teens could avoid jail. He didn’t think about boot camp because they were not eligible.
     America, you were warned!

Dustin Salisbery, who posted the excellent piece below, is a noted basketball player and the cousin of Akeem Washington (pictured). He was with Washington on the night the Lancaster Police decided to ruin Washington’s life forever.

I am more interested right now in why police used pepper spray on peaceful protesters in Lancaster. Where the f*ck do these assholes think they are? Fire all of them.

And don’t forget AFTER they did the heinous crime they were allowed to return to school.

I’m glad your back. Even though I rarely comment …I read your stuff since lancaster online days. I like how you expose corruption and lack of justice in Lancaster . Even if people don’t comment on your site …I’m sure they read it waiting on who will get exposed next…keep up the great work.❤

Hey Becky. Now those poor little didums had to go to a big bad icky boot camp, be made to dress up the they were in the military, and get yelled at by big bad men who make them exercise.
