Exactly. This man was seen by many people. Where is a decent description or video of this shooter?

Have you read LNP’s update on this story that adds a new lawsuit against the Lancaster City Police? It is shocking.
Let me first state this: I have not found this lawsuit online so I only know what LNP states and have not read it for myself and I also don’t know what attorney is representing Rosario. Further, I can not find any criminal charges for Rosario so I don’t know why he was in the police station in the first place.
But what is going on in that police station? According to federal lawsuits: men are being tasered while handcuffed, there are a lot of strip searches and nowwe have punched and kicked and held naked!
Who is watching these police? What the hell is going on?
