From LNP’s article, “Lancaster man charged with possession of child porn: police,” (click here).
No, LNP, that is not correct. That is sloppy reporting. He did not put up $50,000. He didn’t put up a dime and he is free because his bail is unsecured (see his docket below).
District Judge David P. Miller immediately released this man charged with seven felonies for child pornography. District Judges are elected, LNP, and the public needs to know the actions they take.
* On a more serous note, the entry below was made on CrimeWatch by the Manheim Township Police (click here). There is no bail amount and apparently this 19-year-old will be sent a summons to appear. He punched the victim in the face and then he pointed a gun at the victim.
He pointed a gun at the victim and this is the result? Unbelievable. What do you think?
TO START THE NEW YEAR?
Shouldn’t that headline read: Over $70M worth of liquor was sold in Lancaster County in 2019? And this is the lead story on Lancaster Online?
Put down the booze, LNP employees!
