Stands up….uses chap stick……pulls pants up really high tucks shirt in. Pulls pants up really high again, cause they don’t fit right, or my belt isn’t tight enough. Waits for Becky to post later today. Blinks eyes a few hundred times and parades up and down in the courtroom blinking and pulling my pants up picking on a Sunday school teacher.
A comment in previously to this site about Assistant District Attorney Randall Miller in the Joy O’Shea Woomer trial.

Looks like wacky tobacco to me…LOL..What a piece of work.Bet he pulled his pants up before he sat down,so his butt didn’t hang out.

Hey, how did everyone make out with the snow?
My little dog attempted to run on the snow right out my back door and fell face first lol She burrowed a path under my swing and seemed very happy with her work

Are they? I am not a ciggie connoisseur
I just know those blunt packages in turkey hill are brown I can’t say I’m a snow lover either. I like to watch it come down but I hate shoveling and falling. Luckily my neighbor took care of my sidewalk and driveway this weekend!

to be a “good trial” lawyer one FIRST gets experience as a prosecutor and than goes into private practice,
just ask Roy Black,(William kennedy Smith) from miami.Went from cop, detective, ADA to private practice.
you don’t become a good trial lawyer overnight.
YOU need lots of trial experiences to become a good trial lawyer for either side.

It sure looks like a tampon to me !!! I never seen a cig so big ! My Dad uses those tubes and his doesn’t appear to be that big or that white . LOL
I agree a very unflattering pose. I don’t think the criminal justice system is fair at all. Its all about performance and yes theatrics ! This dude’s a goof ball and looks shady to me.. -

The thing about smoking in a suit, and in a knotted up cramped position such as shown, is that one frequently burns holes in those nice clothes.
