COULD THIS
HAPPEN TO YOU?

— WOULD IT HAPPEN TO YOU?

I am switching up today and will come back to Stedman shortly because these lawsuits against the Lancaster City Police just keep coming. The below is the “Factual Allegations” portion of a lawsuit against the City of Lancaster, City Officer William Hamby and City Officer John Doe brought by Harry Espada and Doneekia Dean.
It was first filed in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas and then moved to Federal Court because it alleges civil rights violations. They are demanding an amount not in excess of $50,000 and other costs. The suit states the estimate for the repair of the vehicle is over $8,000.
They are represented by Kevin C. Allen of the Lancaster law firm of Crystle – Allen Law, LCC. Because it was first filed in Lancaster court you can read the full lawsuit here on the Prothonotary’s site.

STEDMAN CAUSED
THE TURMOIL!

     Yesterday’s LNP editorial (click here).

But what about Stedman potentially becoming a judge, LNP? Doesn’t that raise serious concerns?
Please check back later today.

  1. huh? says:

    Could this happen to you?

Only if cops are out to get you.
Only if your last name ends with a z or an a.
Only if your skin is brown or black.

So cops can steal your car, not tell you why, leave you stranded. And then illegally search your car without you present and damage it.

He’s lucky they didn’t plant something in it and then “find” it and seize the car for the DA. I guess they figured they’d gone far enough.

Looks like they went too far.

I just sent them one last week that begins, “Craig Stedman is a liar….”
    We will see.

  3. Lane Kisster says:

Might cut into the space reserved for their chicken corn soup series

  4. Charles Thomas says:

What I find interesting is that LNP has not published any letters to the editor about Stedman. Perhaps there are not any. Perhaps there is not any room.
