    * ARTICLE I Responsibility
The primary purpose of gathering and distributing news and opinion is to serve the general welfare by informing the people and enabling them to make judgments on the issues of the time. Newsmen and women who abuse the power of their professional role for selfish motives or unworthy purposes are faithless to that public trust. The American press was made free not just to inform or just to serve as a forum for debate but also to bring an independent scrutiny to bear on the forces of power in the society, including the conduct of official power at all levels of government.

    BUT THERE IS A LAWSUIT!

    — AND LNP WITHHOLDS
IT ALL FROM THE PUBLIC —

The below was published on this site on May 21st of this year and the original is here.
Now a federal lawsuit has been filed against Officers Jake Bingham and Timothy Sinnott arising from a different incident on March 22nd.
And LNP remains silent and doesn’t do their journalistic duty to inform the public about two men the public pays to protect and serve them.
The unbelievable and blatant racism at LNP and their failure to protect all members of our society is shocking and has been going on for years.
Anyone who is employed by that phony, corrupt, greedy and racist company is not a journalist. And if you think you are, go read a journalism code of ethics and learn the truth. You aren’t even decent human beings.

    1. A badge heavy cop in Lancaster. Imagine that. Of course no comments from the clone mayor.

    2. You are so right on target with the Cutler comparison.

And did you happen to notice the Forgiveness Story today from the parents of the young man who was killed by Slaymaker-Walker? All leading to the big reveal. Paving the way for sympathy for yet another connected ‘it was just a terrible accident’ Steadman proclamation.

Otherwise we would be reading about her unconscious body being shackled to the bed and him crowing about it.

Stedman, I don’t doubt that you or Hamdim monitor this page. You are a bilious lot. Still waiting for Hamdim to alert you to prosecute his former newspaper colleague for voter fraud. Cbrist, the evidence exists but you the a blind eye to it. You are a laughingstock. Both of you.

    3. Good job, Becky. It would be interesting to know who the judges are in these cases. The buck needs to stop with the judiciary but they are not held accountable in Pa.

    4. “Hard to believe this was an accident” until he realized he would need a political favor from Scott’s relative Cutler – like a nomination to the bench. A REAL D.A. would have immediately recused from the investigation when he realized the connection – not whitewashed it. This was/is a conflict of interest SO humungous it deserves a look by the Justice Dept.

    5. I have no idea, but an educated guess is Reinaker was the judge who let Davis get away with murder by okaying the plea deal. Am I right? Also, how nice Davis didnt have to shell out any money for a lawyer, court costs, etc. Even “accidents” have financial/legal consequences.

    6. Saying it would compound a tragedy and serve no purpose, a Lancaster County judge spared an East Lampeter man prison time for accidentally shooting his infant daughter.

Instead, Judge Dennis Reinaker sentenced G. Scott Davis, 36, to six years of probation Friday after Davis pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and related charges in the Dec. 24 death of 2-month-old Kestyn Davis.

    7. I admit it. I am highly educated. Lol
