I am making a list of everything LNP has either not covered or slanted for their own economic gain and to ensure a white and elite leadership in the county and city. They are not a “community newspaper!” That will be coming.
But besides the lawsuit against the House of Pizza, they have also failed to cover two very significant federal lawsuits in the last month. They are below along with a link to the coverage on this site. Why hasn’t LNP informed the public of these lawsuits? The headline above is from one of LNP’s own ads for themselves.

**   As a reminder, the “Material Facts” from Benson’s lawsuit against the House of Pizza which settled on November 9th (see immediately below) are republished below. LNP has never mentioned this lawsuit.

*    A settlement was reached in the federal lawsuit of Philip Benson v. the House of Pizza on November 9th (see below and click here for his complaint).
His attorney, Caroline Hope Miller of the Philadelphia law firm of Derek Smith Law Group PLLC, would only say by phone this morning that the matter has been “resolved.” Asked if Benson was pleased with the outcome she stated, “He is happy he can put the matter behind him and that all parties came to a satisfactory resolution agreement.”

  1. Ohwellist says:

Bingham and Sinnot were the same officers that put riot charges on Anelky Cordero and her boys. Bingham left her breast exposed to the commmunity and Sinnot wrote complaint. Those 2 need to be seperated smh Sinnot wrote up charges when in fact he was not 1st on scene to witness how everything went down. He came when Bingham called for back up. Its clear these 2 need to be seperated and watched closely.

  2. WTF? says:

The defendant’s reaction of “looked shocked” is not a reaction one would expect from a racist who ate out to make a racist statement. Defiance and belligerence would be more in line with an expected reaction. If her Lancaster lawyer had any guts they would have filed a counter suit alleging “false light” against the plaintiff for even bringing the suit painting her as a racist. Lancaster lawyers, plea bargain or settle, we’re really not very good lawyers.

  3. Anon says:

What happened to w/o them and you i have nowhere to get my news.

  4. huh? says:

They covered the lawsuit against the cop who manhandled the white guy quite thoroughly. The black guy’s suit? Of course not.

  5. Lang Kisster says:

LNP is nothing more than a brochure for PSP and anything con center related

  6. WTF? says:

That’s a monkey? Worst artist ever. Guess in modern art the message is in the eye of the beholder. Sad.

  7. huh? says:

Interesting that Benson hired an out of town lawyer.

  8. huh? says:

Does the House of Pizza advertise in the LNP? If so, it’s called don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

  9. Ed says:

This isn’t news. While she shouldn’t have drawn on his receipt, it’s hard to imagine Benson “…will continue to suffer emotional pain, humiliation, suffering… loss of enjoyment or life and other economic and non-economic damages.” This is not a federal case.

LNP is so full of themselves, it is pathetic!!!!
