  • AFTERNOON UPDATE – *** BREAKING NEWS *** WILL LNP HOLD ANYONE ACCOUNTABLE?

Posted on August 10th, 2018 Becky 7 comments

    A WHOLE
    LOT OF EXPLAINING!

Lancaster City Police Chief Jarrad Berkihiser and District Attorney Craig Stedman have a whole lot of explaining to do! They charged Justin Perry with two heinous felonies and then quietly withdrew the charges after the damage in the media had already been done. Unbelievable! There will be more tomorrow.

    ******

***  According to Chris in District Judge Bruce Roth’s office this afternoon, Lancaster Detective Lt. Philip Berkihiser withdrew the charges against Perry this morning. She said any other information regarding his case would have to come from the police.

**   Justin Perry needs to get an attorney and have that docket entry removed! He also needs the attorney to get an explanation of why he was charged in the first place and if the police don’t have a good answer, sue the heck out of them and also get his attorney’s fees paid back by the police.
The police may not like his being what they call a “vigilante,” but they can’t just make up charges! Outrageous! These police are out of control!

    *** BREAKING NEWS ***

    CHARGES WITHDRAWN!

    *    The two felonies charged against Justin Perry (MR 17 5 40) were withdrawn this morning before District Judge Bruce Roth according to his docket (see below and click here for the LNP article, “Man captured in Facebook video being accused of soliciting sex from ‘girl’ charged”).
So why was he charged in the first place? To scare him? You can’t do that!

    “THROWING CABLE”

Posted on the “LanCity Connect” Facebook page under one of their relentless posts – this one titled, “Take a look at Jackson, Mississippi’s plans to provide a fiber optic network to its residents!”

Where is the over $5 million dollars the City of Lancaster has given and loaned MAW Communications? Where is that high-speed, low cost internet?

    1. THIS is what is so confounding. There are established companies that have provided solid networks and are “battle proven.” Companies that know what steps you have to take to do and complete this sort of job.

WHY did Lancaster choose an unproven, obviously amateur outfit and throw millions at it? Why?

What do they say? Follow the money. The silence on how this company got the contract is deafening. That’s where the truth needs to start.

But it’s Lancaster and the citizens are routinely screwed and they just lay back and say Thank you sir, may I have another?

    2. lancaster city det.deeter charged me with 5 serious felonies…45 days later the district attorney quietly withdrew them….after i was on the news for a week….

    3. the media never mentioned that the 5 serious felionies were withdrawn….after det.deeter spent a year preparing the charges….

Wow! If that is not a defamation lawsuit, I don’t know what is. It, also, did not make sense that they would charge him when they would need him to testify against the pervert. If this innocent man really did what he was accused of, then they would not have had a case against the perv. I smell salmon. …Or day old scallops.

    5. As I suspected. If you go to one of your earlier posts about Justin Perry, you will see that I suspected exactly what would happen.

They did this and forever when someone googles his name they will find child pornography associated with him.

If I were him, seriously, I would hire one of those ‘clean up’ firms that can take those results and push them so far down when a search is done that they aren’t immediately visible.

The cops have a long record of doing exactly this. Remember the “rioters?” I could go on and on.

I see that Jerry Wright has posted above. I was wondering what the outcome was for the nonstop coverage of him a while back. From the sounds of all that they said, I thought he was in jail or prison by now. Jerry has been a thorn in their side for ages with his taping live events involving the cops. I also remember how when he made bail on an earlier deal, they suddenly decided to slap an ankle monitor on him to keep him from filming.

And at the same time, these same LEOs ignore computer criminals etc. because they have no idea how to figure out the on button on their laptops.

    6. Oh, huh?! Do I have stories to tell! Oh, my! 😉 🙂

    7. I’m almost afraid to ask 🙂
