      —  Afternoon update – RESIGN, JUDGE MADENSPACHER! —

Posted on Lancaster Online under the story linked to below.

**     Good! Also send this to every news organization you possibly can. This must end! Resign, Judge Madenspacher!

*    A Lancaster County man has been sentenced to 30-to-80 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 13-year old boy.
Jonathan Masteller, 24, was a church pastor and basketball coach when he sexually assaulted the boy at least six times in July in his apartment, located in Kinzers Township, Lancaster County.
From WGAL-TV in November of 2014 (click here).
This was also Judge Joseph Madenspacher. Get this racist, sick judge off the bench!

All four victims demonstrated their opposition to Lapp serving a prison sentence at all, according to a news release by the District Attorney’s office, and Judge Madenspacher admitted the victim’s positions were taken into consideration in his sentencing.
From today’s LNP article which is a re-write of the DA’s press release linked to on this site yesterday (click here).
The four victims are most likely his own daughters or other family members. They are still young and probably under intense pressure from others to state they don’t want him to go to prison. They have no clue how this will affect them for the rest of their lives.
This is an absolute disgrace and it’s well past time for Judge Madenspacher to permanently retire and LNP should demand his immediate resignation!

Lang, Their “ways” are a big lie specifically designed to render “English” ways as moot. (I know you know that). Unfortunately, Jay is in the majority in eating up/spewing that bullshit. And that is a sad example of how stupid and gullible most people are. The Amish are monotheistic – there’s no question about that. They “pray” to one God and one God only: Alexander Hamilton. (I used to say George Washinton lol) They are a cult like any other, complete with obedience to sexually abusive elders, threats of death, or worse for leaving the cult or outing them, or reporting them for rape. Their kids are in constant danger of all sorts of things 24/7. But for the sick, symbiotic relationship with the County for tourism money (because Lancaster County has NOTHING else to offer BUT alleged “tourism”), the ATF would have taken them out like Koresh decades before Waco.

Jay. “Their” ways don’t render “our” laws moot.

To “OntheBeachByNoon” ….this is not a challenge, it’s an honest-to-goodness question: where do you get the comment information that for most tourists it’s a “one and done’ visit? Statistis of some kind, I imagine, but I’d have thought otherwise.

  4. OntheBeachByNoon says:

Lancaster County’s entire economy is a house of cards, built around the “Amish” so – essentially – they run the county. To expose them, or topple the myths (such as “Amish Faith” – which is an oxymoron), would topple the economy and cripple the county’s “tourism”, which is a one and done visit for most people.

After reading the LNP story and the comments under it, I strongly suspect Judge Madenspacher was specifically chosen for this sentencing because he is NOT up for “re-election”.
Also, the D-A’s office in on it.
    Follow the money, folks……

I have been before Judge Madenspacher in a civil matter and I found him to be fair, knowledgeable and not afraid to rule in a way that might anger some/please others, regardless of whether that “some” is the populace, a segment of the populace, male, female, white, black (or any other race), police, or government.
I have seen my share of corrupt judges in PA, and been severely victimized by one (in another county) who refused to recuse, even though the “rules” called for it.
Judge Madenspacher is NOT one of “them”.
However, I vehemently disagree with the Amish being given preferential treatment in Lancaster County, immunity from prosecution, (including child and animal abuse), and their characterization as “religious”, “peaceful”, “non-violent”, “honest”, “plain”, “simple”, “quaint”, and any of the other positive attributes that Kraybill has made a cottage industry – and a very nice living – from spewing.
The biggest lie in Lancaster County is THE AMISH, who got the better end of a VERY cushy deal with the federal government back in the ’60’s, including complete insulation from government intrusion – something ALL of us would like to have and cannot “purchase”, as the Amish did.
It is long past time to end their free ride.

Regardless of what Amish believe we all live in the same world. Im sure JM had people there that would of forgave him also. Theres no excuse for the major difference in sentencing. Disgusting and unfair! Anybody who doesnt see this has major issues. The amount of victims alone compared is enough proof that its unfair.

  8. Jay says:

You really have to know the Background of the Amish Faith to understand why they requested this prison time to understand why they ask for it.
There is a Difference between the Faith of the amish and the English way of doing things they Don’t Judge or Hate others as we all do in today world.
Sad this happened to them but it’s the way things are in there world and not ours.
