—-  I am taking this afternoon off. I saw a news helicopter flying over Bill Cosby’s home. What a day.

***  Bill Cosby guilty on all charges.

**  “Why does the safe matter?”
This question came in yesterday and I believe it’s legitimate and I gave a brief answer in the comments but let me elaborate!
I don’t know many people who have safes in their houses. Maybe that’s because I don’t have the right friends, i.e., rich people, or maybe they’re smart and don’t tell people they have a safe.
A safe implies you have valuables!  You have jewelry, or gold or silver or you keep cash in your home (yes, besides the insurance documents in case of a fire).
So according to the LNP story and they state it is based on the Affidavit of Probable Cause (click here):
The men accused of killing him knew Pitch had plans to withdraw a large portion of his retirement account in cash, according to charging documents.
So it makes sense that before these four men go to his home to rob him that they find out all they can about him and his home. And if they went to his Facebook page – easy – they see one of two pictures on his page is him leaning against a huge safe. And yes, he might have guns in there but if he truly took out a large amount of cash – well, where would he keep it? Bingo – a safe! He has something very valuable in that safe!
And if the LNP reporters are too slow to understand that, then they should find a different line of work!

*    Barr, of Hollow Road, New Providence, was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and two misdemeanor drug charges. She was arraigned Tuesday and released on $20,000 unsecured bail, court records show.
From the LNP article, “Nurse working at Lancaster County Prison charged with having meth, fentanyl in her truck ,” (click here).
Unsecured bail? If she were black…

Posted on Lancaster Online under the story, “Lancaster man who shot neighbor through wall charged with involuntary manslaughter,” (click here).

He is black and he is not Representative Bryan Cutler’s brother-in-law.
The racism and corruption in Lancaster County is astounding.
Please check back later today.

Hadnt thought of that. Never been thru a nasty divorce!

The bigger question than the safe is who withdraws a large sum in cash from a retirement acct.? And why? You have to be desperate for $$ to do that. pematies, interest lost, etc. Why take it from an IRA to put in a safe. Also, who is the judge who uses “n…er”? If you know that to be a fact, not hearsay to you, but 100% fact, you need to name him/her, even if you do so anonymously. Why are you protecting them? Why do you need to wait for “the feds”? YOU NEED TO MAKE IT PUBLIC IF ITS TRUE….!

I’m not a reporter, but I read the article. It said what the motive was: He had money, they wanted it. Why does it matter where the money is located in the house? The fact that they “ransacked” the house indicates it probably wasn’t in the safe.

The murder happened over a year and four months ago. His neighbors were scared. The public was scared. Was it a random “In Cold Blood” murder or was it targeted. The safe should have provided a partial answer months ago! I’m done. A man is murdered in his home and has a Facebook page with two photos – one of him leaning on a huge safe! Enough said!

Clearly Craig Stedman despises people of color. There can be no other explanation for his VERY lopsided treatment of Allante Floyd in the VERY accidental shooting of his neighbor. While it is a terribly tragic incident, it was an accident. Compared to Bryan Culter’s relative, G. Scott Davis who intentionally pointed a gun at his baby daughter and then pulled the trigger, intentionally, blowing her away. He was treated almost as if he was the victim by the District Attorney Stedman, orchestrated by Stedman’s buddy Jeff Conrad. Is it simply because this idiot was related to Cutler and Cutler and Stedman are pals? I can’t believe that accounts for all of it. If Davis had been born black, regardless of his family’s political connections, I’d bet he’d be sitting in a state prison for 3-5 years. Being a minority in Lancaster County while Craig Stedman has served as DA must be terrifying. Of course, this extends beyond Stedman. There is a judge on the bench who regularly used the “N” word while an assistant DA and while in private practice. Very disturbing. Very unfair. Where are the Feds?

Ok. But why does it matter if the money was in his safe or under his bed? I mean for the reader. Obviously it matters to the criminals when they are planning the crime, but how does it matter to someone reading about it after the fact? What’s it matter whether the money was taken from a closet, under his bed, or his safe? And who’s to say it was in the safe? The point is the money was taken and he was killed for it. That’s what’s important to me reading about it after the fact, not how the crime logistically occured. I just don’t see why the safe — if that’s even where the money was — is an important detail.

It is in one of two photos on his Facebook page! Obviously it was very important to him/had something important in it. LNP cropped the safe out of their picture and never mentioned it. I’m sorry – it’s common sense! You ask the police about it and you mention the huge safe in your reporting. The man was shot multiple times and his house was ransacked! People want to know why! They are scared and want a motive! I hope you are not a reporter!

  6. LNP Sucks Too says:

Skeptical; something like digging into, and investigating, that’s the kind of stuff a real newspaper would do. And if a person in law enforcement is involved in something illegal, well, that’s ok. Because the law doesn’t apply to them. And questioning their actions is boat rocking and for trouble makers. Now if you have a chicken corn soup recipe or prom pictures for the P to look into….

  7. Skeptical says:

You may want to dig into who is really financing the new Riker Bottle Works feafured in LNP today. Rumor has it, a local Sheriff is the boyfriend of the “owner”, and has the money in this. His position does not allow him to hold a liquor license. Watch for any brushes with the law here to be quickly swept under the table.
