    * Taking an Eagles break this afternoon! LIP News will be back tomorrow.

(Click here for the LNP article and here for the updated police press release)

Unbelievably, LNP now has this as their lead story on Lancaster Online! How much money did this homeless man steal? Did the “sketch” really lead to him being identified?
LNP Managing Editor Tom Murse needs to resign! This is beyond ridiculous and pathetic!
    Please check back later today.

    1. OMG! They just made fun of this on TV PHL-17!

Cancel the All Points Bulletin for Carter Paige. The Lancaster City Police–like the Royal Canadian Mounted Police–always get their man! Unless, of course, the guy kills someone.

    3. The LNP is furthering it and placing it on the front page again for one reason. Money.

The story has gone national. It’s their article, not the police facebook page, that is being referenced. The longer this is up, the more money they make from clicks.

Considering that the LPD, DA, and LNP are thick as thieves, this will probably backfire when the chief of police finally steps up and speaks out.

You can be sure when and if that happens, the LNP will cover it and run it in hopes for the click click click.

    4. The sketch doesn’t show any eyebrows, but other than that, it’s a spot on match.

    5. Somehow, this ‘suspect’ does not look Asian at all; and his supposed name has a certain ‘yeah, right’ ring to it.

This could be a complete hoax on the LPD and LNP.

    6. You ask “COULD LNP BE MORE CHILDISH…”. Yep. Give ’em time. Just…give ’em time.

    7. I just happened to see a side view photo of Carter Paige in a turned up red hat and damned if he doesn’t resemble this sketch.

    8. PS “Philly Becky” 🙂 did you go to the parade? I can’t believe how many people I know went by train and bus and car to be there.

    9. I did not! I watched it from the comfort of my couch and caught up on some paperwork.

    10. Whoops. Did I just discriminate by using the term “that sort” to describe “difficult people.” Shoot, there I go again. Chloe’s gonna be calling.
