    TSK TSK!

Since when did the Tuk Tuk become a non-profit? Hmmm…
Have a safe and happy Friday!

**   A friend called yesterday and asked if I had checked out the Extraordinary Give? “No,” I said. “It’s sponsored by LNP,” he said. That is never good.
So, I checked it out. From the article there is this (click here):
Extraordinary Give is hosted by the Lancaster County Community Foundation. LNP and the Steinman Foundation,  a local, independent family foundation  funded by the companies that comprise Steinman Communications, including LNP Media Group, are Extraordinary Give 2017 sponsors.
So, back to this 4.99 percent. The editorial linked to below goes on to say:
There is a fee of 4.99 percent per donation to cover credit card provider and technology charges. That this is so transparently noted on the Extraordinary Give’s FAQ web page should be reassuring.
You are a proven liar, opinion editor Suzanne Cassidy. No, that is not reassuring!  Tell us exactly who gets the 4.99% and why!

    *    I am not clear what “computer-generated images from killer’s DNA” are, but DNA of any type and any age can identify a match if a suspect is found. At best, DNA might perhaps predict blood type, or eye color or race. It cannot give you the killer’s phone number or home address or a facial sketch.
From a Letter to the Editor in today’s print LNP, “Mirack article was misleading,” (click here).
         What? No phone number?
LNP lies. They lie repeatedly! They should issue a correction and an apology! And they should demand an apology from DA Craig Stedman! Pathetic!

… The minimum gift is $25; you can give to just one nonprofit or to multiple ones.
… There is a fee of 4.99 percent per donation to cover credit card provider and technology charges.
From today’s LNP editorial, “Join today’s party of giving that is the Extraordinary Give,” (click here).
A 4.99% fee? You have to be kidding me! That is outrageous! Mail them a check.
    Please check back later today.
