Is that the same as kind-of being pregnant?
There are twelve killers on the street from the last five years and too many shooters, stabbers and arsonists to count who have never been arrested. I think the public has a hell of a lot to be worried about.

What a line of gobbledygook! We have how many murderers running loose? Not to mention the myriad of other criminals. Yep, I feel safe and secure. The tire slashings in the west end. Could we be a bit more specific. How can people check cameras if they don’t have a better location. Oh, only the coalition has cameras. Citizens have no need to try to protect themselves, LOL.
