Both of these extremely serious crimes are over 30 days old! Where are the arrests, Lancaster Police? Where are the arrests?

I have finally decided that the mayor, chief and his cronies couldn’t solve their way out of a freakin paper bag!.I’m thinking these idiots have spent to much time on the hookah pipe and eating donuts to solve anything.Someone better ck to make sure it’s only tobacco in those pipes.
