Posted on August 28th, 2012 11 comments* I got caught up in a phone call and missed my afternoon posting deadline. I am still so shocked by the Lancaster Newspapers not even posting the Crime Stoppers information on Erma Kaylor. I think all of her family and friends (and everyone else) should call the paper and ask why. In fact I’ll post a number tomorrow to call. What is wrong with this newspaper’s editors and reporters? Are they human?

The Lancaster Newspapers sponsor the Crime Stoppers program and they have not even published this week’s Crime Stopper’s request for information and reward in the horrific murder of 83-year-old Erma Kaylor.

FYI I looked for the TV listings today in the Lancaster paper. It was not in there. Front page index said it was on A-7. My husband and I both looked several times through the paper and couldn’t find it. Also curious to know what is going on in the Mount Joy police Dept.

Mitzi, you should call the paper, seriously! I would love to know what’s going on with the Mount Joy police department as well – seems LNP’s reporter is too busy posting on the People of Lancaster FB page to do any investigating!

Ironic how a cop killer in Philly gets caught in a couple of days, but an old lady killer is still on the books..
That’s not to say that I’m not glad the cop killer was caught, I really am… and I hope he gets the death penalty. But I find it quizzical how much effort is applied depending on the value of life…. There should be no value. All human killers deserve to be apprehended, and the same effort should be applied across he board.

Lancaster City Police can’t investigate their way out of a Park City Mall restroom. Oh,,but they think they are Texas Rangers or something,what with that expensive tax payer funded stable of police horses.
