        This just went up on the Lancaster Police Facebook page (click here).
        Lt. Todd Umstead, the Police ”Public Information Officer” (second from left), has been named the “City Employee of the Month.”
        What an absolute outrage!

      Public Information Officer???!?! Nay..it is really a task force..our greatest minds in the county are gathered to solve these “cold case” murders…

      I don’t know who he is – but Mayor Gray better watch out! On the Police Facebook page they like “People of Lancaster” and the guy behind that page is running for Mayor! LOL :P :P

      His campaign slogan is “Vote Ruggieri (He’d Vote For You).” LOL! I don’t know which one is crazier – Gray or this dude – but I’m loving it! :P :P :P

      LoL….seems like the dude has lots of cocktails before he writes stuff. I’m for any mayor who makes those cops and the chief accountable for all the crime in the city.

      Uh, oh! My source tells me the Mayor just called the Chief with a rant about liking that Facebook page! Holy crap, the Mayor just told him:

      “I brought your sorry butt here from Philadelphia where your career was over and we pay you $120,000 a year to roast corn. I’ve had it, Keith!

      Oh, my! They’re really getting into it! Yikes! :P :P

      Oh no Becky…Now, with all this facebook fury…will they still have the energy to solve these murders?? Yikes! Bet they just roast some corn, have some cocktails..and call it a day!! These folks are already dead…what’s the hurry???

      Funny…but Sad! If this guy is the Public Information Man…why don”t we have any public info on any type of movement on these cases? I know certain info they must keep private..but can you say Yikes!! As #1 says….I did let it sink in..and..it is just really frightning!! Gee..as we wait for the Sandusky verdict..guess we will also hear of those arrests in these unsolved murders from our police..and P.S..that other guy in the picture looks like the guy at the prison yesterday who was from parole and probation…please note…I have been wrong before!!!
