     Agreed……this is why I haven’t purchased a product of the LNP for years. The judge dismissing her own citations is outrageous and worthy of in-depth investigation. I cannot believe a reporter is not all over this.  Maybe it will be covered next Sunday.  Let’s just hope someone’s dog doesn’t have a litter of 10 puppies this week during the predicted heat wave. I can see the headline now “Bitch in Heat,” with a photo of the dog and her puppies, followed by two full pages about the dog and her puppies. A story like this would most certainly bump a real news story ….at least in the Lancaster Newspapers.

    Is someone going to stop Judge Kelly S. Ballentine? Will she be open for business as usual today? Will President Judge Joseph Madenspacher or District Attorney Craig Stedman step up and put a stop to this or is Lancaster County just completely lawless?
