HOW DID SCOTT MCQUILKIN DIE?
Posted on February 10th, 2011 11 commentsTRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY
Click here to go to the Lancaster Office of the Prothonotary. On the left click on “Civil Court Records Search.” Then click on “Direct Docket Display” on the left on the page that comes up. In the box that appears type this exactly – CI-11-00733 – and hit “Query.” You will then have to type in the name of one of Pennsylvania’s Counties that will appear to prove you are “human.” Hit “Verify” and now you will have to wait, and wait, and wait as 688 PDF documents load in a separate window.
When they have loaded, go to number 395 on July 17 (they are in date order) and find the name of Scott M. McQuilkin.
Go down to the “Cause of Death.” There are two listed on separate lines – the first “Multiple Drug Toxcity” and on the second line “Traumatic Brain Injury.”
Have you ever heard District Attorney Craig Stedman say one word about “Traumatic Brain Injury” in this case? Did McQuilkin fall? Was he pushed? Was he hit in the head? Does anyone know?
Troy Stewart and Lauren Reed have been charged with felony counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse for allegedly stuffing a large Irish drumstick up his anus while McQuilkin was passed out. The DA has stated that did not contribute to McQuilkin’s death.
The public thought has always been that he died of a combination of drugs and alcohol. That’s all we were told. So how did he get a traumatic brain injury and why is this the first time we are hearing about it?
The Coroner, by law, had to file these reports by the end of January – and hence, the public finally learns a piece of the mystery surrounding McQuilkin’s death that has not been released or addressed by any law official to date. How is this possible?
What in the world is going on here and how can this happen over and over again in Lancaster County?

While looking through these reports I found one from October 13, 2010, No 11-00733 (Page 541). The report indicates a one month old child committed suicide with a gun. What is that about?

I have never read the comments on these stories till now. I saw some of the old ones which questioned why Scott was with a 20 year old. She told Scott and my family who accepeted her into our home that she was 23.

Scott is loved by many and all we want to know is why and how a 23 (or 20) yr old and 40 year old man could leave someone who had to have been clearly in need… whether they physically caused his death or not, it is a disgusting, horrendous thing they did. And they left him there nonetheless.
