GIVE ME THE NEWS!

    “Both Stewart and Reed are charged in connection with offenses which occurred at or during the same time frame that Scott McQuilkin died. Although these offenders are not charged with directly causing McQuilkin’s death, some of the facts and circumstances surrounding the death similarly relate to the charged offenses”

    Does that statement even make sense? If they are not going to be charged with anything further how can releasing the autopsy and toxicology be damaging to the case? It’s been over 4 months!?!?!

   This comment in under “WHAT WAS HIS CAUSE OF DEATH” below and quotes Assistant District Attorney Karen Mansfield in her Affidavit regarding my Right to Know appeal for McQuilkin’s autopsy report.

    Exactly.  This borders on the absurd.  First the DA’s office tried to say there was no report/file, hence it could not be provided.  How much nonsense and how many lies are these publicly paid officials who are supposed to protect and serve us going to spew?

 PREPARING A BIRD? – 2

    This morning, I admit to being a little hard on Harl Delos – but I do find the photograph offensive and it raises one of my most difficult internet questions – who should I “permanently” link to.  I try to be extremely careful and hence currently only link on the right to five sites – two of them my own.

    And NewsLanc.com is also one of them and they link to me but they also link to Harl Delos’ blog.  And as noted this morning, a direct link to his blog is on the LancTalk.com forum under every one of his over 1,500 posts.   Where do you draw the line?  I don’t know – but I will continue to very carefully monitor my links. 

    No, I’m not an old fogie and I have printed a slightly risque picture or two – but when I click a link I think I should trust and find what’s on Harl’s blog – well, I have to be very careful where I draw the line.
